Arrivvo Parking App - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrivvo Parking App, available on Android, iOS, and the web ("Arrivvo" or "the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Arrivvo. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use Arrivvo.
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Arrivvo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1.2. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrivvo.
1.3. Commission-Based Business Model: Arrivvo operates on a commission-based business model. Space owners agree to pay Arrivvo a percentage of the parking fees collected for parking reservations made through the App.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. Space Owners: If you are a space owner, you are responsible for:
a) Listing accurate information about your parking space, including availability, location, and pricing.
b) Maintaining your parking space and ensuring it is safe and secure for parked vehicles.
c) Complying with all local laws and regulations related to parking and leasing parking spaces.
2.2. Parkers: If you are a parker, you are responsible for:
a) Booking parking spaces based on the information provided by the space owner.
b) Following all parking rules and regulations at the chosen location.
c) Ensuring the safety of your vehicle and personal belongings while parked in the space.
3. Vehicle Types
Arrivvo allows both cars and motorcycles to be parked using the App. Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate parking space for their vehicle type.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1. Booking: Users may reserve parking spaces through Arrivvo. The availability and pricing of spaces are determined by space owners.
4.2. Payment: Payment for parking reservations will be processed through Arrivvo. Parkers agree to pay the applicable parking fee, which includes the commission charged to space owners by Arrivvo.
4.3. Booking Price: The booking price for parking on Arrivvo starts at ₹20. However, it's important to note that the final booking price is subject to the value set by the individual parking space owner. The pricing may vary based on factors such as location, duration, and any additional services offered by the parking facility. Users will be informed of the total booking price, including any applicable fees or charges, during the booking process. It is recommended to review the pricing details before confirming the booking to ensure transparency and clarity.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Booking Cancellation and Refunds:
Users are eligible for a refund only in the event of booking cancellations made through the Arrivvo Parking App.
Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:
Cancellation made within the specified time frame as per the parking facility's cancellation policy.
The cancellation request must be submitted through the Arrivvo Parking App.
5.2. Return of Products: Please note that return of products is not applicable as Arrivvo is a parking aggregator. Refunds will only be processed for booking cancellations or other events deemed fit by Arrivvo.
5.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary between 5 to 7 days based on the user's bank and payment provider.
5.4. Non-Refundable Circumstances: Arrivvo does not entertain return requests for any other circumstances apart from booking cancellations.
No refunds will be provided for completed or partially used parking sessions.
5.5. Exceptions and Special Events: Arrivvo reserves the right to determine special events or circumstances where refunds may be applicable. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Arrivvo. Users will be notified of any exceptions or special events that warrant a refund.
5.6. Communication and Support: Users can reach out to Arrivvo's customer support for any refund-related queries or concerns.
6. Privacy and Data
Arrivvo respects user privacy and only collects and uses personal data, including name, mobile number, and email, for communication purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Termination
Arrivvo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
8. Liability
8.1. Limitation of Liability: Arrivvo is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the App or the parking of vehicles in spaces listed on Arrivvo.
8.2. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Arrivvo harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the App.

Arrivvo reserves the right to update these Terms and modify the App's features and functionality at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
